End User License Agreement — Fyto

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you, the end user, and Axel Bonavia, an individual residing at 32 rue de Neptune, 34570 Saussan, France — publisher of the Fyto mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not accept these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License grant

The publisher grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the App on any mobile device you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Usage Rules, and solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, sell, lend or sublicense the App;
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, except where expressly permitted by law;
• Modify, adapt or create derivative works of the App;
• Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, logos or copyright notices;
• Use the App to develop a competing service;
• Circumvent technical protection or security measures.

3. Intellectual property

The App, its code, interfaces, graphics, content and database are and shall remain the exclusive property of the publisher and/or its licensors. Nothing in this EULA shall be construed as a transfer of intellectual-property rights to the user.
